The short version: we agree on the project, you pay as outlined below, and we both know where we stand if plans change. Here's the full picture.
Grace Graphics projects are paid in full before work begins.
The Grace Lens bookings can be paid in full upfront, or secured with a 25% deposit paid within 24 hours of the invoice. The remaining 75% is due no later than 24 hours before the booking. If the balance isn't received by then, Grace Enterprises reserves the right to cancel the booking.
You're responsible for providing accurate information, files, materials and approvals needed for your project, and for giving feedback within a reasonable timeframe. If a delay is caused by missing information or feedback on your end, the timeline may shift accordingly — we'll always flag any significant change.
A reasonable number of revisions is included with every project, based on the original brief. Substantial changes in direction, or an excessive number of revision rounds, may involve an additional fee — which we'll always confirm with you before doing the extra work.
Grace Graphics clients receive the final exported files included in their project. Editable source files (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) remain the property of Grace Enterprises unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Grace Lens clients receive the content included in their package. Unused raw footage and other working files aren't automatically included unless agreed beforehand.
Once payment is received in full, you're granted broad rights to use your delivered photos, videos and creative content — on your website, social media, marketing, and advertising. This doesn't transfer ownership of source files or raw footage, and reselling or transferring delivered content to third parties may need separate written permission.
The Grace Lens 25% deposit is always non-refundable. Cancelling more than 24 hours before your booking means only that 25% is lost. Cancelling within 24 hours means 25% of the total booking price is retained (covered by your deposit, if already paid).
Rescheduling needs at least 7 days' notice and is subject to availability. A rescheduling request made less than 7 days out is treated as a cancellation.
Grace Graphics: a refund may be requested if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and work hasn't started yet. Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
The Grace Lens: the 25% deposit is always non-refundable. If paid in full upfront and your cancellation qualifies for a refund, 25% is retained and the remaining 75% may be refunded per the cancellation terms above. If the project has already started, only a partial refund may apply.
The 25% wedding deposit is always non-refundable. Beyond that:
The remaining wedding balance is due no later than 7 days before the wedding. Rescheduling needs at least 7 days' notice and is subject to availability — a request made later than that is treated as a cancellation.
Grace Enterprises takes reasonable care in providing its services but can't guarantee that every planned moment will be captured, and isn't liable for circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where applicable, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
If something outside our reasonable control prevents a service from going ahead as planned, we'll communicate as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule or find an alternative arrangement where practical — rescheduling remains subject to availability.
Grace Enterprises may end a project if a client doesn't meet their obligations — such as missed payments or missing information — or if continued work is no longer reasonably possible. Clients may also request to end a project, subject to the cancellation and refund terms above. Any completed work and payments due up to that point remain payable; termination doesn't automatically create a refund.
Questions about these terms can be sent to gracegraphics.ceo@gmail.com or +31 6 12145107.
